The FRCS Mentor is a non-profit network of Orthopaedic Surgeons who are enthusiastic about surgical education. The aim is to facilitate surgical knowledge exchange by establishing successful mentorship to orthopaedic candidates preparing for their exit FRCS Exams. Ultimately, this would drive improved patients' care all over the globe.

Our online problem-based platform includes several components; a communication platform, via various applications, that includes hundreds of surgeons at different stages of their careers, from around the world. We provide a platform that is run by experts and successful candidates to allow the exchange of exam tips, career and exam preparation advice, sharing of educational materials, coaching and recommendation of useful courses.
